If we can find a good person to work with, we might want to try collaborating with an experienced programmer on our next project (starting in January). It's really important that this person has an open mind towards art and video-games as art. He or she doesn't need to be an artist, though. His or her job will be to deal with the machines, we will handle the people. But we need to be able to communicate with each other.
Since we're kind of stuck with Unity, it's best that this person has worked with Unity before. Knowledge about programming for multiplayer (in Unity) is a plus.

We don't have room for employees. All our collaborations happen through the internet.
